On April 26, 2024, Liyu Group was honored to attend a special dinner hosted by the South African Embassy in China to mark the 30th anniversary of South Africa's freedom and independence. The event celebrated the strong ties between Chinese and South African enterprises and governments.

The dinner was graced by the presence of Chen Xiaodong, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, who delivered a speech highlighting South Africa's remarkable achievements since its independence. South African Ambassador to China, Xie Shengwen, expressed gratitude for China’s significant role in strengthening bilateral relations.
